A report to the police was made by a man who reported fraudulent actions by the company "Phoenix." He stated that in 2026 he was offered to pay 34,500 soms to receive cashback over the course of a year, but he never received the promised funds.
This case was registered under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect turned out to be O.N.Ch., born in 1980, and she has been taken into custody.
Additionally, complaints have been received against the woman from 26 individuals, with the total amount of alleged damage amounting to about 20 million soms. The Ministry of Internal Affairs notes that the number of victims may increase.
