The incident occurred on March 19 at 05:50. The hospital in the city of Osh received information that on A. Mamyrava Street, in front of the "Asan-Usun" store, a "Toyota Ipsum" vehicle hit a woman who was working for "Osh-Tazalyk." Unfortunately, she died at the scene of the accident.
This information was recorded in the electronic log of the Internal Affairs Department, after which a preliminary investigation was initiated.
An inspection was conducted at the scene, and protocols were drawn up. It was established that the deceased was B. M., born in 1959, a resident of the village of Gülbaar in the Aravan district. She had been working at "Osh-Tazalyk" since September 2025.
A forensic medical examination has been appointed regarding the deceased.
The suspect in this case is K. uulu Sh., born in 1998, the driver of the "Toyota Ipsum" and a resident of the city of Bishkek. He was sent for a drug test, after which he was taken to the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh.
According to the driver, he lost control due to skidding on the asphalt, which led to the car sliding into a roadside ditch. As a result, the vehicle went onto the sidewalk and struck the woman, who was performing her duties on the sidewalk as part of the "Osh-Tazalyk" enterprise at that moment.
As part of the investigation, forensic examinations are being conducted, the suspect's statements are being analyzed, and witnesses to the incident are being interviewed.
The driver has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
