The signal about the potential threat was received by the "102" service around 10:58. In response to the report, an investigative and operational group, as well as the leadership of the Internal Affairs Department of the district, immediately went to the scene.
To protect citizens, the area around the building was cordoned off by the police, and evacuation of both visitors and staff began.
