According to the received information, on March 16, 2026, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district that a dead man with signs of violent death had been found in the yard of a house in the village of Sadovoe. An investigative team immediately went to the scene to conduct an inspection.
As a result of the inspection, it was established that a citizen, S.S., born in 1988, resides in the house. The body of a man, citizen P.O., born in 1993, who lived in the city of Kara-Balta, was found in the yard, also with signs of violent death.
The body of the deceased has been sent to the morgue for a forensic medical examination. A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Article 122 (murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, it was revealed that on March 14, 2026, P.O., a friend of S.S., came to the specified house. On the night of March 16, during a joint drinking of alcohol, a conflict arose between them, as a result of which S.S. stabbed P.O. in the neck with a kitchen knife, leading to his death. After that, he moved the body to the yard.
The suspect, S.S., born in 1988, was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
