In connection with these circumstances, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational activities conducted by the investigative authorities, the suspect, O. A., born in 1981, was identified and detained. He was taken to the investigative service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Directorate in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
