A medical report issued by the Tokmok Center for General Medical Practice confirmed that M. K. and his brother M. A., born in 1996, were diagnosed with closed traumatic brain injury, concussion, contusions, and other injuries.
Based on this incident, the investigative department of the Tokmok police initiated a criminal case under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As part of the investigation, forensic medical examinations have been appointed. The investigation continues to establish all the circumstances of the incident and any possible other participants.
