The activist actively shared information about the incident on social media, which prompted other users to file complaints against A.K. A total of nine such statements were registered. "I personally took them to the Kemin police department, and there the chief immediately appointed an investigator - Daniyar Kadyrkulov," Kulova added.
On January 19, 2026, another investigator, Azamat Jooshbaev, contacted the activist and summoned her to give testimony on January 21. "He asked me just two questions: how it all happened and whether I knew the blogger before," Kulova said.
Kulova explained to the investigator how she stumbled upon the video, how she wrote to the blogger, and how he blocked her, adding that she had not heard of him before.
