Police officers brought two men to the Department of Internal Affairs: M. B. and B. K., both born in 1997. During the investigation, it was revealed that the fight took place at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Nekrasov streets.
A protocol was drawn up against M. B. under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The case will be forwarded to the Lenin District Court of Bishkek for further consideration.
The police urged the public to maintain order on the roads and avoid conflict situations by showing mutual respect and not succumbing to provocations.
We remind you that after the video of the traffic conflict appeared on social media, the police initiated a preliminary investigation to identify the participants in the incident and assess their actions.
