The incident occurred during the pouring of concrete when one of the outriggers of the concrete pump could not withstand the weight and sank into the ground or asphalt, leading to its overturning. A video from the scene was published by Deputy Dastan Bekeshev on his page.

According to eyewitness accounts, when the machine fell, it struck electrical wires, resulting in several nearby houses being left without electricity.

Local residents are appealing to the Ministry of Construction to take the necessary measures.
