It became known that on March 2, 2026, a complaint was filed with the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District by a citizen O.N., requesting action against the director of OsOO MIRELLE& COMPANY.
The complainant claims that the head of the company received money from her for organizing a tourist trip, but the obligations were not fulfilled.
In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the preliminary investigation, law enforcement agencies found that the suspect, having abused the trust of clients, embezzled 307.5 thousand soms, thereby causing significant damage.
Officers of the operational search service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District, together with the Criminal Investigation Department of the GUVD of Bishkek, conducted operational activities, including monitoring social networks, as a result of which the whereabouts of citizen M.K. was established, and she was brought to the investigative service.
According to the information, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the GUVD of Bishkek in accordance with the procedure provided for by Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, measures are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the case and to identify other possible victims.
