The Federal Tax Service uncovered a large batch of expired confectionery products
As a result of the inspection, it was found that a significant portion of the goods had not been declared, while another part had expired. The total volume of the discovered products amounted to approximately 10 tons.
The collected materials on this case were sent to law enforcement agencies for further investigation in court.
According to the court's decision, the confectionery products with expired shelf life were destroyed by incineration at the waste processing plant.
The State Tax Service noted that the agency continues its active work to identify and prevent the circulation of unaccounted goods and products that do not meet safety standards.
