According to information from the press service of the courts of Kursk region, the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs' request to place the Kyrgyz citizen in a special facility was considered. He will be deported immediately after completing his sentence in the colony.

Yryskeldi Akhatjanov was serving 4.5 years in a strict regime penal colony for attempting to sell drugs. After being released on February 27, he learned that he would not be able to stay in Russia. The court established that he has no legal grounds for residing in the country, and the lack of permitting documents and legal income also played a role.

Due to the fact that the presence of a convicted individual for a serious crime in Russia is deemed undesirable, the police initiated his deportation. Time will be required to prepare all necessary documents and arrange for his escort. The court ordered that Akhatjanov be sent to a special reception center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs until April 27 to ensure compliance with the decision.
