The editorial office of "AKIpress Summary" has been following Bilal's fate since 2022, when he ran away from his home in the village of Alexeyevka in the Jayil District on August 7 at the age of 12. On the same day, his mother contacted law enforcement. The teenager was found only on August 27 near the Osh market.
The next incident occurred on December 12, 2024, when he went missing again. Until March 2025, Bilal maintained contact with his family but then stopped responding. On April 24, his mother contacted the police again, after which the boy was found and returned home.
On November 2, 2025, 15-year-old Bilal ran away from the Children's Adaptation Center but was soon found and returned to the institution.
