A driver in a state of alcohol intoxication was detained in Bishkek, who claimed to be a "journalist." This information was provided by the Patrol Police Service.
According to reports from the patrol service, the detainee was behind the wheel of a vehicle, showing clear signs of intoxication. During the detention, he behaved aggressively towards law enforcement officers and denied that he was operating the vehicle.
It was later found that this person had already had his driver's license revoked. Nevertheless, he continued to get behind the wheel.
The case will be sent to court for further proceedings.
