In Kyrgyzstan, an organized crime group consisting of 15 individuals was dismantled, who used female masks to commit robberies. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The detainees are suspected of participating in a series of serious thefts and robberies. To conceal their identities, the criminals used realistic silicone masks and wigs, which misled witnesses.
The total damage from their actions amounted to 25 million soms.
As part of a special operation, several individuals were detained: K. S. D. (born in 1988), with 14 convictions for robbery and theft; Zh. D. T. (born in 1994), with five convictions for robbery; Ch. Z. S. (born in 1988), also with five convictions; T. uulu T. (born in 1991), previously convicted three times for murder and robbery; T. uulu U. (born in 1991) with one conviction for theft; O. M. D. (born in 1988) with six convictions; M. B. A. (born in 1980) with five convictions for murder and robbery; M. uulu E. (born in 1991) with three convictions for theft; E. A. R. (born in 1988) with one conviction for theft.
During searches, professional equipment intended for opening safes and picking locks, as well as radios and GPS trackers for surveillance, were found with the detainees. Devices for jamming security system signals were also seized.
Among the seized items were firearms — an AKSU automatic rifle with 30 rounds, a Makarov pistol with 20 rounds, a traumatic Makarov pistol, a hand grenade F-1, as well as a narcotic substance — hashish weighing about 44.73 grams.
All detainees are charged under part 2 of article 261 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Creation of an organized group or participation in it) and placed in detention center No. 1.
It was revealed that some group members maintained contact with convicts serving sentences in colonies, who also have convictions for serious crimes. Among them are K. N. D. (born in 1986), E. Zh. O. (born in 1979), B. A. T. (born in 1986), T. S. A. (born in 1990), Zh. S. A. (born in 1991), and Sh. T. S. (born in 1986).
According to preliminary information, the scheme of criminal activity was such that free individuals committed crimes, while the convicts took the blame during certain time intervals.
At present, the actions of the criminal group have been completely halted, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to carry out operational activities.
