Media: Stand-up comedian Alexey Shcherbakov left without concerts in Russia
Alexey Shcherbakov, one of the most popular stand-up comedians in Russia, has found himself in a difficult situation: all his concerts on Russian territory have been canceled. In particular, a solo performance in Moscow, for which tickets were almost sold out, has unexpectedly been removed from the schedule. This became known thanks to the Telegram channel Mash.

According to the channel with 3.2 million subscribers, the comedian was set to perform at the "Moscow" concert hall in early April; however, information about the show disappeared from the website without any explanation. In recent years, Shcherbakov has significantly reduced the number of his performances in Russia, and there are currently no scheduled concerts in the regions on his official website. In 2024, the resident of ChBD toured 33 cities, including major venues in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, whereas in 2025, the number of concerts was halved, and the breaks were compensated by a world tour.

As reported by Mash, a possible reason for the cancellation of concerts is Shcherbakov's recent trip to Kazakhstan. At the premiere of a film in Almaty, he stated from the stage that he "came to visit a friend." Although specific names were not mentioned, everyone understood that he was referring to Nurlan Saburov, who has been banned from entering Russia for 50 years. However, it is not reported whether they actually met.

It is also reported that the show "What Happened Next" may move to Kazakhstan due to issues with Saburov, the refusal to register a trademark, and the convenience of the location for viewers who cannot visit Russia due to their status as foreign agents.
