According to law enforcement agencies, a report of a fight was received at the duty station of the Kara-Suu district police on January 31, 2026. The conflict began as a verbal altercation among a group of young people, which soon escalated into a brawl.
Involved in the conflict were brothers A. uulu D. (born in 1998) and A. uulu M. (born in 1999), as well as their acquaintance T. uulu D. (born in 1995). On the opposing side, citizen A.A. (born in 1997) participated in the scuffle along with friends. As a result of the confrontation, three men from the first group sustained bodily injuries.
During the preliminary investigation, all participants in the conflict were detained for questioning by the investigative authorities. A forensic medical examination was appointed to determine the severity of the injuries sustained by the victims.
According to preliminary results of the examination, the victims were found to have minor bodily injuries that led to a temporary health disorder.
Based on the collected data, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code.
Investigative actions are ongoing, with arguments and claims from all participants in the conflict being considered. The victims have been assigned an additional commission examination, and a final procedural decision will be made based on its results in accordance with current legislation.
