According to information provided by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin district, during the event, 35 minors were found on the street without the accompaniment of their parents or legal guardians.
Of these, three teenagers were sent to the Center for the Prevention of Offenses Among Minors under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, while the others were returned to their parents.
Additionally, 19 parents received fines in accordance with Article 74 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations of legislation aimed at protecting the health and development of children.
