According to police data, on February 12, 2026, at around 5:10 AM, a signal was received by the "102" service from the City Clinical Hospital regarding the arrival of a man with a severe head injury. An investigative operational group was called to the scene.
It was determined that on that day, T. M. was on Kurmandzhan Datka Street when he was beaten by unknown individuals during a verbal altercation. The investigation suggests that he was struck on the head with some object, after which the attackers fled the scene.
A criminal case was initiated by the investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department under Article 130 "Causing Serious Harm to Health" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, employees of the district department, together with the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department, were able to identify and detain the suspects: S. M., K. A., and N. K., all born in 1991.
The detainees were taken to the investigative service and, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
