In Bishkek, a woman was deceived out of 22 million soms

During the investigation conducted by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District, it became known about the detention of two suspects in a fraud case, the amount of which exceeds 22 million soms. According to the police, the criminals, posing as employees of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD), and the National Bank, deceitfully took possession of the woman's finances.

Ch. G. contacted law enforcement on December 22, 2025, stating that she was deceived by unknown individuals who pretended to be representatives of government agencies.

Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Bishkek City Police, as a result of operational measures, were able to establish the identities and whereabouts of the accused — T. Zh., born in 2002, and K. E., born in 2006.

The detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Articles 96 and 97 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, additional measures are ongoing to identify other possible accomplices and clarify all the details of the incident.
