On February 23, 2026, a resident of the Kara-Suu district reported to law enforcement. He stated that in November 2025, an acquaintance gained his trust and promised to sell two land plots. However, after receiving the money and vehicles, the fraudster disappeared without fulfilling his obligations.

According to the victim, he initially handed over 350,000 soms near one of the cafes in Osh, then added another 100,000 soms. Additionally, he gave a VAZ-2107 car valued at 100,000 soms and an Elantra car estimated at 700,000 soms. In total, the damage amounted to 1,250,000 soms.
As a result of police operations, the identity of the suspect was established — he is a resident of the Kara-Suu district, born in 1986. A criminal case has been initiated against him under the article "Fraud," and he has been arrested for two months by the decision of the Osh city court. It has also been revealed that this person previously had legal issues on various charges.
