According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Batken region, in December 2025, the local police received six complaints from store owners. The victims reported that 23-year-old T.B., having gained their trust, offered delivery services for various household goods. He promised to bring washing machines, sofas, and refrigerators from China, persuading people to make full prepayments through online systems.
According to the collected case materials, the suspect spent the received money for his own needs and did not fulfill his delivery promises. After that, he disappeared, leaving six victims with a total loss exceeding 200,000 soms.
These facts were recorded in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Internal Affairs Department of Kyzyl-Kiya, and a criminal case was initiated against the detainee under Article 209 of the Criminal Code ("Fraud").
As a result of operational search activities, officers of the criminal police of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Department of Internal Affairs detained T.B. in the city of Osh. He is currently in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation continues to verify his involvement in other similar crimes.
