The young people expressed concern that they might not make it to the ooz achuu, and therefore decided to seek assistance from the police.
According to information provided by the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department on February 27, the call to the 102 service was received on February 25 at around 18:40. One of the callers, who identified himself as Ulan, reported a traffic jam that had occurred at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Yusup Abdrakhmanov Street.
A police patrol crew was dispatched to the scene.
The police department emphasized that every citizen has the right to contact the police, and law enforcement agencies are obliged to respond to all requests.
