
A truck with 11 tons of expired confectionery products was detained in the Kyrgyz Republic, as reported by the State Tax Service.
During the inspection of the vehicle, inspectors found 4,179 boxes of candies and other sweets, while the accompanying documents indicated only 7 tons of cargo.
In addition to the spoiled confectionery, the vehicle also contained undeclared goods, such as:
- paints and primers;
- antifreeze additives and accelerators;
- waterproofing materials;
- reinforcement bars.
GNS employees prepared reports at the site of detention, sealed the vehicle, and sent it to the impound lot. All collected materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further action.
