"Sweet" Smuggling: The State Tax Service Seized 11 Tons of Expired Goods and Construction Materials
During the inspection, 4,179 boxes of confectionery products were identified, with a total weight of about 11 tons, while the documents indicated a weight of 7 tons.
Additionally, various construction materials were discovered during the same raid, such as antifreeze additives, accelerators, reinforcement bars, as well as paints and primers.
Relevant reports were drawn up by the STS employees regarding this incident.
Representatives of the STS clarified that the vehicle was sealed and temporarily placed in a parking lot. All materials related to the case have been transferred to law enforcement agencies for further action in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
