According to law enforcement data, on November 24, 2025, he, posing as a client who needed to block a bank card, obtained the student card of T. A. for temporary use. Together with the cardholder, he went to a bank branch in the Osh region, where he unblocked the card and then sold it via Telegram to an unidentified person for 5,000 soms. Using a similar method, he also acquired another 10 cards from his classmates and sold them for the same amount. Subsequently, these cards were used to commit criminal acts.
As a result, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the suspect has been detained. The Lenin District Court of Bishkek has remanded him in custody at the pre-trial detention center for one month.
