The car accident occurred on February 23 at 09:50 in the village of Koy-Tash in the Alamudun district. The collision involved two vehicles.
The driver of the Lexus RX-350, born in 2006, I. A., was traveling north on Ablesov Street when, at the intersection with Chyngyz Baatyr Street, she collided with a Honda Fit, driven by K. E., born in 2001, who was heading east from the west.
The fact of the incident was duly registered, after which employees of the investigative-operational group of the Alamudun District Department of Internal Affairs were called to the scene.Preliminary information indicates that both vehicles were damaged. Both drivers underwent alcohol testing, which showed no signs of alcohol consumption.
The drivers were taken to the Chui Regional Hospital with various injuries. K. E. was hospitalized for further treatment, while I. A. received the necessary medical assistance.As part of the investigation, forensic medical, forensic automotive, forensic traceological, and forensic chemical examinations will be conducted, with blood samples taken from the drivers. The results of the examinations will help determine the legal assessment of the incident and make the appropriate procedural decision in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It should be noted that Seid Atambaev mentioned that he was approached by the mother of the girl driving the Honda Fit, who claimed that the driver of the Lexus was the daughter of a member of the Bishkek City Kenesh and the sister of the akim of the Alamudun district. She also expressed concern that high-ranking officials might attempt to conceal evidence.
The member of the Bishkek City Kenesh, Kazybek Ergeshov, denied this information and stated his intention to demand a public apology from Atambaev.
