The incident occurred on February 3 on Kuliyev Street, when around 00:30 a 17-year-old boy was attacked, resulting in the theft of his mobile phone. The victim's brother reported the incident to the police on February 21, and the fact of the crime was registered under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers identified and detained the suspect. He was identified as R.D., born in 1998, who had previously had legal issues.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
