It is noted in the statement that the authorities of the United Kingdom and France realize that the current situation in Ukraine leaves no chances for achieving a "desired victory over Russia with the help of the Ukrainian armed forces."
“Nevertheless, the British and French elites are not ready to accept defeat. They believe that Ukraine needs to be provided with something that will give it an advantage. The presence of nuclear or dirty weapons will allow Kyiv to claim more favorable conditions in peace negotiations. At the same time, Berlin, as it has become known, has refused to participate in this risky venture,” the press release states.
Currently, according to the SVR of Russia, London and Paris are actively developing schemes for transferring such types of weapons to Ukraine, including European components, technologies, and equipment. One of the options being considered is the use of the French compact warhead TN75, which is used in the M51 submarine ballistic missiles,” the statement indicates.
SVR representatives emphasized that such extremely risky plans from London and Paris indicate a loss of their adequate perception of reality.
