A conversation was held with the resident of Manas to clarify the situation
On February 20, 2026, an active user "M.A.A." from Manas posted a video message on the social network "Instagram," containing provocative elements and evaluative judgments about the current socio-political situation in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as assumptions about a possible interregional conflict. This was reported by the press center of the GKNB.
After that, a conversation was held with "M.A.A.," during which he was explained that the dissemination of false information and speculation regarding alleged disagreements among state bodies is unacceptable, and such statements could lead to interregional tension, noted representatives of the committee.
As a result of this work, "M.A.A." deleted the previously published materials and issued a retraction.
The GKNB also emphasized that actions aimed at inciting hatred or hostility on any grounds, whether national, regional, or racial, will entail responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
