In Moscow, a traffic police car was blown up: one police officer killed

According to information provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the explosion occurred around midnight at the Savelyevsky railway station square. An unknown individual approached the patrol car, after which an explosive device was triggered, as reported in the agency's release.
As a result of the explosion, one police officer lost his life, while two others were injured and hospitalized.
The Investigative Committee reports that the suspected perpetrator of the incident also died at the scene.
This information was also confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The suspect's death was established during the examination of the scene and the analysis of surveillance camera footage.
In connection with the attack on traffic police officers, a criminal case has been initiated.
