In St. Petersburg, a citizen of Uzbekistan saved a child who fell from the 7th floor
The incident occurred when the child, playing with a tablet at an open window on the seventh floor, lost his balance and fell, managing to briefly grab onto the ledge.
Noticing this, Khayrullo began gesturing and shouting to attract the child's attention. When the boy let go, the man quickly reacted and positioned his hands to help cushion the fall. He then picked up the child and carried him into the entrance, trying to revive him until the ambulance arrived. Meanwhile, the boy's mother was in the kitchen and only realized her son was missing after ten minutes. Both sustained serious injuries.
Currently, the child is in intensive care in stable condition, with diagnosed fractures and internal organ damage. Khayrullo, for his part, also has fractures in his wrists and ribs.
It is worth noting that the man arrived in Russia just four months ago in search of work; in Uzbekistan, he has four children and parents waiting for him.
