As a result of the injuries sustained, he was taken to the intensive care unit of the district hospital in a comatose state.
A investigative operational group promptly arrived at the scene. Upon the patrol's arrival, it was established that freight train No. 3718, traveling from east to west on the route Bishkek—Lugovoe, had struck local resident S.R., born in 2009.
The victim was urgently transferred to the intensive care unit of the Kara-Balta Hospital with a diagnosis of: closed traumatic brain injury, contusion of the brain and chest, and comatose state. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of the doctors, he passed away without regaining consciousness.
