According to the press service of the Primorsky Internal Affairs Directorate, information about this incident has been recorded, and an investigation is currently underway.
The police have already identified one of the participants in the conflict — a man named S.M., born in 1977. A report was filed against him under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses, and he was detained.
The second participant, I.O., born in 1990, has also been identified. At the time of the investigation, he was outside the capital, but measures will be taken in accordance with the law upon his return.
The agency urged all residents and visitors of the capital to adhere to standards of behavior in public places, emphasizing that any manifestations of aggression, fights, and insults will result in administrative sanctions.
