What is the responsibility of the parents?
According to information received from the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District, the incident occurred on February 16, when a conflict arose between 69-year-old teacher B. K. and 15-year-old student M. K., during which physical force was applied.
A investigative-operational group was dispatched to the scene. The teacher filed a complaint accusing the teenager of assault. In turn, the student also sought medical assistance.
The case has been registered under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The teenager has already been held criminally responsible, and the investigation is ongoing.
