According to information received by the police on February 16, a fight broke out between a 69-year-old pre-conscription training teacher, B.K., and a student born in 2010, M.K. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene. The teacher filed a complaint, accusing the student of assault, while the teenager was sent to a medical facility.
A video of the incident also appeared on social media, showing a group of students along with a teacher outside, where one of the teenagers pushed the man to the ground.
The incident has been classified under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The teenager faces criminal liability.
Further investigation is underway.
