A teacher from a Bishkek school reported that he was brutally beaten by a tenth grader. Both are in the hospital.
According to the information, the conflict arose from a verbal altercation between the teacher and the student. As a result of the incident, the teacher sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized in the trauma department.
After the incident, for unknown reasons, the student's parents took him to Children's Hospital No. 3 in Bishkek.
According to the First May District Department of Internal Affairs, on February 16 at around 11:30, the police received a report of a conflict in one of the schools involving a student and a teacher.
The identities of the participants have been established: teacher K. B., born in 1957, and student M. K., born in 2010. Teacher K. B. has contacted law enforcement with a request to take action against student M. K., who also received medical assistance at one of the hospitals.
A forensic medical examination has now been appointed to assess the severity of the harm caused, based on which a legal assessment of the incident will be determined, the police reported.
