According to preliminary data, a 33-year-old driver of a KIA K5 vehicle, traveling north on Tynalieva Street, struck a 19-year-old girl named F.A. who was crossing the street from east to west while making a left turn.
Unfortunately, she died at the scene from her injuries.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 312, concerning violations of traffic safety rules and vehicle operation, according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The driver has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the vehicle is at a specialized impound lot, and necessary examinations have been appointed to clarify all circumstances of the incident.
