On February 14 in Bishkek, patrol service officers detained twice as many drunk drivers as usual. On regular days, there are 25-30 cases of driving under the influence of alcohol, whereas in the previous 24 hours, this number increased to 60 individuals, representing a 100 percent increase. Most of those detained were young people celebrating the holiday.
