According to information received by law enforcement, on February 12 at 19:30, a quarrel occurred between her and her brother, during which he physically assaulted her. As a result, police officers detained G.D., born in 2004, and K.B., born in 1988.
However, the girl refused to undergo a medical examination.
The case was transferred to the Public Security Service, where a decision was made to draw up a report under Article 70 ("Domestic Violence") of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The man was placed in a temporary detention cell of the district internal affairs department.
Subsequently, the Lenin District Court determined a punishment of three days in a special reception center for him. Based on the materials of the preliminary investigation, a protection order was also issued.
