According to official information, the fraudsters are disguising themselves as the deputy director of the Department of Individual Housing Construction and Urban Planning, Chyngyz Kemelbekov, demanding money from the residents of the capital. They claim to be involved in applications for the legalization of land plots.

The city hall strongly urges citizens not to transfer their money or personal information to individuals who present themselves as department employees, as they do not request money either by phone or through intermediaries.
In case of suspicious situations, residents are asked to immediately contact law enforcement agencies and report such incidents to the Department of Individual Housing Construction and Urban Planning at the following phone numbers: 0312 97 92 97, 0504 11 01 21.
