According to the investigation data, on February 12, 2026, officers of the Ak-Suu District Department of Internal Affairs, together with the Drug Control Department of the Issyk-Kul Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, conducted a series of operational searches in the area.
As a result of the conducted activities, the following findings were made:
- in the house of a resident of the village of Toktogul, born in 1980, named T.A., 18 grams of a substance with a characteristic smell of wild hemp were found;
- from another local resident, born in 1982, named A.A., 28 grams of a similar substance were seized;
- in the village of Ichke-Jergez, in the house of a citizen K.B., born in 1993, a substance with the smell of hemp weighing a total of 1 kilogram 200 grams was found.
The seized substances were packaged and added to the case materials as physical evidence. A forensic chemical examination is planned.
