According to the victims, on February 7, while in a field near the village of Lenin, they became victims of an attack, during which unknown individuals inflicted bodily harm and stole their belongings. K.H. had his iPhone 13 Pro Max and a wallet with money taken, while K.B. had his wristwatch stolen. After this, the attackers fled the scene.
The fact of the robbery was recorded, and a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers identified and detained the suspects. They turned out to be T.K. (born in 2001), K.O. (born in 2002), and K.R. (born in 2006).
The suspects were detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was found that the stolen items had been sold to third parties. They have currently been seized and recognized as evidence in the case.
Relevant forensic examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions continue aimed at a complete and thorough investigation of all the details of the incident.
