According to available information, the incident took place on February 12 around noon at the Boroonduu pasture, located near the village of Kyzyl-Oy (Suusamyr rural district). Under the snow mass was D. A., born in 1967, as well as 50 sheep and one horse. Information about the incident was relayed to the district emergency department by the local village head.
