According to law enforcement data, a local resident, K.B., reported to the police that 35-year-old D.K., having gained his trust, deceitfully took possession of a Hyundai Grandeur car worth 21 thousand dollars.
Furthermore, the Internal Affairs Directorate reports that this suspect had previously been involved in similar crimes: on October 8, 2024, he allegedly received 500,000 soms through a bank by fraudulently conducting a transaction for a Kia K5 car.
As a result of operational actions carried out by the Batken District Internal Affairs Department, D.K. was detained on February 11 during a special operation called "Search" and placed in a temporary detention facility.
He has been charged under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code. As a preventive measure, detention has been chosen.
