On February 10, the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District reported that the girl's mother filed a complaint with the police against this individual. She stated that on February 8, around 19:50, a stranger began to follow her daughter, which caused the girl to feel scared.
During the preliminary investigation, law enforcement officials were able to identify the stalker and apprehend him. He turned out to be 28-year-old J.B., born in 1995.
Furthermore, it was revealed that since 2022 he has been suffering from a mental disorder and is under observation at the Republican Center for Psychiatry and Narcology. As a result, the local officers decided to take the man to a psychiatric hospital for appropriate treatment.
