Today, on the Ala-Buka - Zhany-Bazar - Kirovka highway, avalanches occurred in five locations between kilometers 93 and 101.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications reported that the amount of snow masses is currently being assessed. Four loaders have been dispatched to the site to clear the road.
Due to adverse weather conditions and by order of the Akim of the Chatkal District State Administration, the movement of all types of vehicles on the specified highway is temporarily restricted until the weather situation stabilizes, the agency added.
