According to the police, the bodies of six people were found at the scene. One of the injured died on the way to the hospital. Additionally, in a residential building located nearby the school, the bodies of two more individuals were discovered, whose deaths are believed by law enforcement to be connected to the incident. The suspected shooter was found dead, with apparent self-inflicted injuries.
Two people with serious injuries were urgently transported to the hospital by helicopter, while about 25 other injured individuals are undergoing examination at a local medical center.
The police continue to search for other victims.
According to information on the school's website, Tamber Ridge serves students from grades 7 to 12, with a total of about 170 students.
