On February 8, in the Uzgen district, during the horse racing competition of alaman ulak, two accidents occurred. According to the city administration of Manas, one of the incidents involved a 25-year-old man from the Suzak district, who, wanting to get a better view of the events, drove his car to the top of a hill. However, not exercising caution, he lost control, and the car rolled down. As a result of the accident, the man sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized at the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital, where his condition is currently assessed as satisfactory after receiving the necessary medical assistance.
The other incident involved a 25-year-old participant from the village of Kara-Darya, who fell into the water along with his horse during the competition and drowned. The body of the deceased was sent to the morgue of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital.
An investigation into the circumstances of the incidents is currently underway.
