According to preliminary information, the tragedy occurred when a 24-year-old resident of the Jalal-Abad region, A. U., approached the Yassy River to water his horse. At that moment, the animal slipped, and together with the rider, it fell off a cliff into the water. Unfortunately, the man died on the spot from his injuries.

The incident has been officially recorded, and law enforcement agencies have begun a preliminary investigation. A forensic examination has also been appointed to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
